First, we meet with key personnel, discuss your organizations needs and goals, and assess its claim history and internal structure. Then we design management services specifically tailored to your organization.

We do not impose methods unsuited to the desires of any client. We respect the needs of your brokers, agents, and excess insurers and work cooperatively with them to enhance the overall quality of service they provide you.

In all of our activities we seek to accomplish three things:

  • To dispose of cases fairly, promptly, and economically, in a manner that best reflects your preferences and internal policies.
  • To assist you in identifying what needs to be done to reduce future loss exposures.
  • To contribute to your efforts to conserve resources by improving the quality of operations overall.

Our in house computer system (Intelli-Probe, Inc.) enables us to provide you with statistical data for claims analysis, predictive modeling, loss control, and actuarial purposes. This system is fully integrated into numerous support functions essential to claims management and contributes to the overall economy of our services.
